We are a small business and almost every online item is made to order, which means that some orders may take time. Please allow one week for belts and accessories and two weeks for bags and Second Stride items to be made. We try our hardest to get you your order as soon as reasonably possible, but if there are any major hold ups during the production process, we will be in contact.

Returns Policy
We want you to love your leather goods as much as we loved making them. All our products are handmade and thus slight variations are part of the charm.

Please note, our custom made belts are made based on the measurement provided via our online store. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct measurement. If you are unsure when taking this measurement, please contact us via email.

If your product has a manufacturing fault, however, please contact us via email.
Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item.
There will be varied times between sending your damaged product to us and receiving your new one.
We recommend if you are shipping something of value, its a good idea to get insurance and a tracking number on your parcel - it's definitely worth tracking it just incase it gets lost in the mail!
