Leather is a natural product and each piece has its own characteristics. All our bags have varying finishes as they are made from differently tanned leather. If you have any further questions before or after your purchase, please let us know.

Due to the nature of this product, we are not offering change of mind refunds.

We will assess refunds or replacement products for faulty products on a case by case basis. Please contact us via email if your product is not up to scratch.
